Employee Forum
Ricardo Prague has had an Employee Forum for the last 2 years.  The overall aim of the Employee Forum is to provide visible benefits to the Ricardo Prague business and to Ricardo Prague employees, by performing the following functions:

  • providing an open forum for the flow of information between employees and management
  • discussing and clarifying information communicated via the Ricardo UK Team Newsletter and other methods of communication
  • supporting the consultation process in relation to significant developments in the workplace that affect employees, including health and safety
  • discussing agenda items raised by employees and management in order to aid and influence future decision-making by management
  • advising on the efficient operation of Ricardo, taking into consideration the needs of employees and the needs of the business as a whole
  • advising on the well-being of the employees represented.

Application Process
To confirm that we have received your application you will receive an e-mail with information about the follow-on process.  The HR team will aim to acknowledge your application within 5 days. Your details will be passed on to the relevant hiring manager for consideration.  In case that his/her response is positive, we shall advise you accordingly, aiming to invite you to an interview.  If his/her response is negative, your CV will be filed in our database - please note that we need your signed data protection agreement in this case.
